GENERAL THEORY OF RELATIVITY
Special theory of relativity is valid only for inertial frame of reference but he thought that all things are doing accelerate in universe while special theory of relativity can explain things only constant state
He want to know,that there are any effect of gravity at time
to explain all these thing Einsteins started General theory of relativity and further Einsteins published General theory of relativity in 1915.
General theory of relativity is knows as Geometric theory of Gravitation
In modern Physics Gravitation explain by General theory of relativity rather than Universal law of Gravitational of Newton.Universal law of gravitation does not give a clear description.
According to the Universal law of gravitation"If two body have mass then they applied a force to each other this applied force knows as force of gravitation.This gravitation force are responsible for earth is revovling around the Sun not only earth by this gravitation force of sun and planets moving around the Sun in there orbits.Let discuss this
And we know well by the equation of force of gravitation
Gravitation force is directly proportional to mass
its mean if a body much mass it exert much gravitation for on other body
Sun have much and much mass in the comparison of earth mass then the attraction force of sun would be more than of attraction force of Earth but still moving in its orbit why it is not collapse by Sun
There is another explation of that why Earth and other planets moving in their orbit without being disturbed by gravitation force of sun.Because of that all planets moving in a circle then a another force is also working over there
This force knows as Centripetal force
Let discuss how does this centripetal force force do work
If any object moving in a circular path then there working a force this force help object to being on circular path direction of this force always toward the centre of circular path.Without this force circular motion could not be possible
Now discuss the motion of Earth around the sun. Earth is moving around the sun so a centripetal force is working there the direction of this force toward the centre of sun as well as a another force also working between sun and earth this force knows as force of gravitation.
the direction of gravitational force of sun exert to Earth is toward the centre of Earth now
Now we can assume that force of Gravitation and centripetal force bothh are acting in opposite direction.
Then the gravitational force is balanced by centripetal force
